Marketplace (retail) users
- All GrownBy users (accounts) have access to the GrownBy Marketplace at grownby.com.
- GrownBy Wholesale shoppers login as their personal accounts on the Marketplace, not as the business.
- All farmers have access to the GrownBy Marketplace and can make purchases on behalf of their farm.
- All added users to a Wholesale account will be added as marketplace shoppers. When buying on the Marketplace, these purchases are personal and not for their associated business.
Wholesale users
- Farms must have the Wholesale plan enabled to access GrownBy Wholesale. Farm users with an Admin or Manager role get full access; other farm user roles receive read-only access.
- GrownBy Wholesale shoppers login as a business on GrownBy Wholesale, with their personal credentials. They must access the site at wholesale.grownby.com.
- Added users to GrownBy Wholesale will login as an admin/buyer for the business and will make purchases on behalf of the business.
