Once you've created an account, the next step is opening your storefront: the public page shoppers see when they find your farm.

1. Storefront basics

From your dashboard, open Store in the sidebar. You'll see three tabs: Details, Products, and Payouts.

Fill out the Details tab first:

  • Farm name — the name shoppers see
  • Short description — one or two sentences about what you grow or raise
  • Location — city + state; used for local discovery
  • Profile photo — square, at least 400×400

2. Add your first product

Switch to the Products tab and click New product. Each product needs a name, price, unit (e.g., pound, bunch, dozen), and photo. Description is optional but helps shoppers decide.

If you sell the same product in multiple sizes or bundles, create one product per variant — GrownBy doesn't support variants today.

3. Payout details

Finally, open the Payouts tab and connect a bank account via Stripe. Stripe handles the verification, which typically takes 1–2 business days. Until your payout account is verified, you can list products but orders can't check out.
